OneFamily partners with iPipeline for new online customer portal

OneFamily has launched a new digital platform to support plans for growth whilst giving its customers complete control and easier access to their finances.

Partnered with iPipeline, OneFamily has overhauled its multiple existing platforms, leading to the successful migration of over 1mn customers to a singular, self-service platform. This technology investment is set to support the mutual as part of a wider expansion project within the company, which has recently opened its fourth office.

Graham O’Sullivan, Chief Information Officer at OneFamily, explained that customer satisfaction is at the heart of OneFamily, so this new platform allows customers to access its products instantly at their own convenience. “The modernisation of our internal systems has delivered increased efficiency within OneFamily’s customer services team,” he continued, “whether they choose to use our digitised platform or continue with more traditional contact networks.”

Ian Teague, UK Group Managing Director at iPipeline, highlighted that the new platform is based on its SSG Digital which allows OneFamily to “augment an already excellent service, adding efficiency and accessibility for all.”

“We’re pleased, but not surprised, to see the benefits that our partnership is already bringing to OneFamily and its growth agenda,” he concluded.
